Grm Novo mesto includes the Agricultural School and Biotechnical Gymnasium, Secondary School of Hospitality and Tourism, Vocational College, Student dormitory, Inter-enterprise educational center with school property, food establishments and House of Culinary Arts. 

It is the educational and development core of biotechnology (agriculture, horticulture, food and nutrition, veterinary medicine, forestry and hunting, nature conservation, environmental protection, sport and recreation in the countryside, social in the countryside ...) and tourism (catering, gastronomy, hotel industry, rural and urban tourism ...), which provides energy and co-creates economic and cultural development of the region (Slovenia and Central Europe) of both rural and urban areas settlements. 

On the begging of the tour you will have possibility for short study visit of GRM center by staff. Then you are invited to a short lecture on various gastronomic and tourism topics addressed and implemented by the center as an example of good practice. At the end, there is a lunch served by the students.
